Doctors & Patients

A neuropsychological evaluation assesses cognitive skills when an individual experiences trouble concentrating, slowed thinking or memory problems. A neuropsychological evaluation also addresses mood and personality traits to help determine if psychological factors are contributing to the cognitive difficulties. The results of an evaluation will help identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses, clarify the underlying reason for the change, and provide useful recommendations for treatment.

As a clinical neuropsychologist, I am trained to address emotional and cognitive health as integrated systems. I also have an active psychotherapy practice treating a range of patients, including those with neurological impairments. In therapy, I addresses personal and career issues while also treating depression, anxiety and PTSD.
